Zombie Repellent

reasoning

Why am I doing this you might ask. Or you might just assume I'm jumping on the zombie bandwagon. Well who gives a fuck what you think. I see a growing number of people taking an interest in zombies and while I do try to contemplate why people are suddenly becpming zombie obsessed, I can't think of a positve desire that is fulfilled by this. I can only rationalize this is a fixation, some sort of morbid opiate that pulls people into it.
Personally, my zombie fixation began in twenties, when the zombies invaded my dreams. I assumed there was a sort of walking dead element in my life. I had a job I hated, working with people I despised in a career I didn't want. The job often required long days and nights. But this is a common life. Is it a common fear of the unfulfilled that we will be consumed by the mindless masses and turned into these damned beings?
The dreams were not original, they often resembled one of the 80's zombie flicks that always followed the same goofy formula. I was often in an isolated boarded up house, and there were some undead high-school quarterbacks lurking around the backdoor. Sometimes I escaped, sometimes they ate my brains... Often leading to my shooting up from my bed and looking out the windows. Sometimes I went to the pantry and grabbed a can of Zombie Repellent and sprayed them in the face with a heavy stream of something they couldn't bear. In these dreams I was victorious, and never forgot. I shared my triumph with friends who didn't get it, but laughed just because it's funny, but I never forgot Zombierepellent. The idea has been with me for a long time and I'm working to make this for you from it. So enjoy and don't let them get in your head.
